Shipping & Returns

All shipping are done through Canada Post and US Post. You can choose the type of shipment through our order process automatically from our website. Handling fees are already added to the price you see. Handling fees include the cost of box, styrofoam, bubble wrap, Tape and insurance etc. Returns are allowed only if the goods are damaged as they arrive at your door or if wrong items are shipped out. Do not send back your items without contacting us first. Let us know through E-mail or by phone that your item needs to be returned within 3 days from the day you received your products, and we will let you know what procedures need to be taken from then and forward. Custom Made Albums normally take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at your door. Rest of the products are shipped out within a day or two and will arrive at your door within a week or two, depending on the shipping method you have chosen with Canada Post. No returns are allowed on albums with imprints on the album cover.
